Privacy policy

This site is run by D&T Remodeling, a general contractor based in Queens, NY. This page explains what we collect through the website, why we have it, and how to request access or deletion. It covers this website only—not paperwork from a project already underway.

What we collect

One thing: whatever you type into the estimate form. That is your name, your phone number, your email address, the project type you pick, and anything you write in the message box. The form asks for a phone number or an email — you do not have to give both.

We do not run analytics on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and we set no cookies of our own.

Why we have it

We use the information to respond to your request, schedule an estimate, and maintain estimate or project records. The website form is not a newsletter signup.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. The following service providers receive or process data as needed to operate the site and estimate form:

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Your submission is stored in our Netlify account and may be delivered to us through a configured email notification.
• Google reCAPTCHA runs the "I'm not a robot" check on the form, to stop automated spam. Google receives data about that interaction under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface this site uses. Loading it means your browser makes a request to Google, which sees your IP address.

How long we keep it

Form submissions remain in the Netlify account, and any configured notification inbox, until they are deleted. Estimate and project records may be retained for business, tax, dispute, or other legal recordkeeping needs. You can request access or deletion using the contact information below.

Email dtremodelingny@gmail.com or call (646) 806-2601. You can ask what information we hold, request a copy, or request deletion, subject to records we must retain for business or legal purposes.

Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
